Shipping & Delivery

We've been delivering gifts for over 30 years, so we're committed to accuracy and on-time delivery. All orders arrive via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles, dedicated to preserving the highest product quality. Rest assured that we place the utmost importance on your gifts arriving on time, since we know our gifts are always tied to a particular occasion. In very rare cases beyond our control, such as weather or traffic, your gift delivery may be delayed and you'll be notified in advance. Please note that once an order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address. For rose bouquets, some roses may arrive in bud or partially open form, giving them a natural look and ensuring a longer vase life for the bouquet.

Care Instructions

As soon as the chocolate arrives, refrigerate it immediately. When the roses arrive as a bouquet, i.e. secured on floral foam, place them in fresh tap water immediately to keep the foam moist throughout the day. Don't expose your flowers to direct sunlight or any other source of excessive heat. To keep your bouquet looking its best, remove any wilted flowers or leaves as needed.
