At Wardeina, we know that timing is an important part of every gift.

Whether you’re sending birthday flowers, a celebration cake, chocolates, or a surprise gift, our team makes reasonable efforts to prepare and deliver your order within the delivery date and time window selected or confirmed during checkout.

Wardeina currently provides delivery within our available service areas in Jeddah and Makkah.

Scheduled Delivery

Planning for a birthday, anniversary, graduation, newborn celebration, or another special occasion?

You can select an available future delivery date and delivery window when placing your order.

We recommend ordering in advance for important occasions, particularly when ordering:

Unless a delivery option is expressly identified as an exact-time or guaranteed delivery service, a delivery slot should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery at a specific minute.

For example, selecting a delivery window means the order may arrive at any time within that available window.

Product Preparation Time

Different Wardeina products require different preparation times.

Fresh bouquets may need arranging and wrapping, while cakes, customized products, and combination gifts may require additional preparation.

Preparation requirements can affect which delivery slots are available for a particular product.

Recipient Availability

Successful delivery also depends on the recipient being reasonably available.

Wardeina or our delivery representative may contact the recipient to:

  • Confirm availability
  • Obtain or confirm the delivery location
  • Request directions
  • Arrange the handover

Customers should always provide the recipient’s correct name and active mobile number.

Surprise Gift Delivery

Sending a surprise?

We make reasonable efforts to keep the gift itself a surprise.

However, our team may need to contact the recipient to obtain their location or coordinate delivery.

We will try to avoid unnecessarily revealing the contents of the gift before handover.

Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to meet the selected delivery window, occasional delays may occur because of circumstances such as:

  • Heavy traffic
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Restricted-access locations
  • High order volumes
  • Government or security restrictions
  • Emergencies
  • Other circumstances outside Wardeina’s reasonable control

If a significant issue affects an order, our team may contact the sender or recipient where necessary.

Peak-Day Delivery

Major gifting occasions can generate significantly higher order volumes.

These may include:

  • Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day
  • Eid
  • Saudi National Day
  • Graduation periods
  • Other major celebrations

During peak periods, available delivery slots may be limited or broader than usual.

We strongly recommend placing important occasion orders in advance.

Exact-Time Delivery

Standard Wardeina delivery slots do not guarantee delivery at an exact minute unless an exact-time service is specifically offered and confirmed for the order.

If your gift must arrive at a particular time because of an event, dinner, party, hotel check-in, or other time-sensitive arrangement, please choose an appropriate available delivery option and provide relevant information when ordering.

Incorrect Address or Recipient Details

The sender/customer is responsible for providing the correct:

  • Recipient name
  • Mobile number
  • Address/location
  • Delivery instructions

Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery.

If a new delivery attempt or change of location is required, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Recipient Unreachable

If we cannot contact the recipient using the information provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

Where reasonable, Wardeina may attempt to contact the sender for assistance.

If the product has already been prepared and the recipient remains unreachable until the intended occasion has passed, responsibility for the resulting missed occasion or deterioration of a perishable product remains with the sender/customer where Wardeina made reasonable delivery attempts.

Perishable Gifts & Delayed Delivery

Flowers, cakes, desserts, chocolates, and certain other products are perishable or freshness-sensitive.

If delivery is delayed because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or because incorrect information was provided, Wardeina cannot guarantee the product’s original freshness or appearance after the intended delivery period.

The sender may request another delivery attempt of the original product in its then-current condition where reasonably safe and operationally possible.

Additional delivery charges may apply.
