Do you deliver the same day in Jeddah & Mecca ?

Yes. Orders placed before [cut-off time] are delivered the same day across Jeddah. Orders after that are scheduled for the next available slot. Tiered and custom cakes need a minimum of 10 hours window.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is SAR 25 across Jeddah & for Mecca is SAR 35

Remote Areas Like
Bahrah, Quzain, Khumrah, Yaqoot, Dahban required seprate delivery charge.

 

What if the recipient isn't home?

Our driver will call the recipient and then the sender. If neither answer, the order returns to our hub and redelivery is charged at the standard rate. Because cakes are perishable, please make sure someone is available.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations are possible if the product is not prepared. Once a product enters production or is ready, 50% order value will be refunded.

If product is damaged by our mistake customer can have full refund or product replacement with complementary gift.

Will my cake look exactly like the photo?

Every cake is decorated by hand, so small variations in placement and shade are natural. The design, colors and elements will match to the maximum extent.
