Whether you’re planning an important birthday surprise, anniversary, proposal, celebration, or another meaningful moment, you can request additional delivery arrangements and our team will review what can be accommodated.

What Is Special Delivery?

Special Delivery allows customers to request additional delivery arrangements for selected orders in Jeddah and Makkah.

Depending on availability, this may include requests such as:

Specific-time delivery
Priority delivery
Surprise delivery coordination
Special recipient coordination
Event or celebration delivery
Delivery requiring additional instructions
Special handover requests
Delivery to hotels, offices, venues, or other eligible locations
Other reasonable delivery requirements

Special Delivery requests are subject to confirmation by Wardeina.

A requested time is not considered confirmed until Wardeina specifically accepts and confirms the request.

Surprise Delivery

Where possible, our team will coordinate delivery without unnecessarily revealing the gift contents.

However, we may still need to contact the recipient to confirm their location, availability, or access information so that the delivery can be completed successfully.

Venue restrictions, security procedures, traffic, and access requirements can affect delivery.

Hotels, Offices & Venues

Special Delivery can be requested for eligible hotels, offices, event venues, compounds, and similar locations.

Depending on the location’s rules, delivery may need to be completed through:

Concierge
Security
Office reception
Event coordinator
Another authorized handover point

Wardeina cannot guarantee direct access to rooms, offices, halls, or restricted areas where the property or relevant authority does not permit courier access.

Enter accurate recipient information

Provide the correct recipient name, active mobile number, and delivery location.

Add your special request

Explain the timing, occasion, surprise, handover, or other delivery requirement.

Wait for confirmation where required

If your request requires additional coordination, our team may contact you to confirm availability and any applicable charges.

We coordinate the delivery

Once confirmed, our team will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery according to the agreed arrangements.

Any applicable additional charge should be communicated before the Special Delivery request is finalized.

Special Delivery Is Subject to Availability

Submitting a Special Delivery request does not automatically guarantee that it can be fulfilled.

A request is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed by Wardeina where confirmation is required.

If we cannot accommodate the requested arrangement, we may offer an alternative available delivery option.

Requested date and time

Venue information, where relevant
Special delivery instructions

Wardeina cannot be responsible for a missed special delivery where the issue results from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information, recipient unavailability, restricted access, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control.
